Complete the Certification Regime wizard

Set up your Fit & Proper test using the Certification Regime wizard.

Super Administrators on Access LMS² sites can enable the Certification Regime.

The Certification Regime wizard brings together all the Certification Regime functionality into one handy tool, guiding you through each step to ensure you incorporate all relevant information for your Fit and Proper tests.

To learn how to set up your Fit & Proper test using the Certification Regime wizard follow the steps below.

  1. Switch to admin view.

  2. Click Settings, then select Global Settings.

  3. Click the Available Features tab, then click Certification Regime.

  4. Read through the overview then click Get Started.

  5. Enter your form name and code, then click Next.

    • This will default to Fit and Proper Test and F&P respectively, but can be changed by overtyping. The form name is dynamic and will appear throughout the rest of the wizard.

  6. Select the relevant mandatory training category then click Next.

  7. Select how CPD will be entered in to the form, then click Next.

  8. Select the relevant person category group to be used for Certified Functions.

  9. Click Create Form.

After completing the certification regime wizard, you'll land on a summary screen confirming what you've set up, with options to perform the following actions.

View Fit & Proper Test Form

Go directly to the form in Content Manager to register it to your users.

View Form Template

Edit the form template used for your Fit & Proper Test form.

Customise the layout and workflow by creating a new version then publishing your changes.

View Form Report

Track validation status of users who have been registered on to and initiated the Fit & Proper test form.

While you can only complete the wizard once, you can return to the summary screen at any time to edit each previously created element.
