The Access LMS Evo mobile app allows you to log your CPD hours quickly and easily. You can also keep an eye on your overall CPD progress throughout the year to make sure you're on track to hit your goal; whether you're out at an industry event, doing some research on the train or working through some compliance at home.
The mobile app is available to all sites based in Access Evo and is enabled by default on all sites. It can be disabled or re-enabled if needed.
Accessing CPD on the mobile app
With the mobile app open, log and track CPD on a mobile device following the steps below.
Click the Learn tab.
Swipe through the dials until the CPD dial.
From here, add CPD contributions, and view entries on the CPD log. The Profile tab shows a quick snapshot of CPD progress.
Add a manual CPD contribution on the mobile app
Tap Add CPD.
Tap the Log Info tab, then enter a name.
Populate the information boxes.
Tap the Attachments tab to upload supporting documentation.
Attachments can be uploaded by taking a photo or by uploading from device files.
Tap Save.
Edit or remove CPD on the mobile app
Tap relevant CPD activity to make changes. It must be an activity that hasn't been started.
To remove the CPD contribution, tap Remove.
