As a manager, team leader, or administrator with access to Applause in Access Evo, you can recognise team members who achieve 100% compliance by sending a personalised message through the integrated Applause feature, supporting ongoing compliance across the team.
The Applause option appears in the Team tab once at least one team member reaches full compliance. Applause can be sent to individual users or all fully compliant users within the reporting scope or team, with a customised message. Recipients receive Applause notifications in their Access Evo feed.

Send Applause to a user
From the learner homepage, click the Team tab.
Search for and hover over the user in Your team's compliance.
Click Send Applause.
Enter a message.
Click Send Applause.
Send Applause to multiple users
From the learner homepage, click the Team tab.
Click Send Applause under the Applause banner.
Enter a message.
Click Send Applause.
