The My Team dashboard displays an overview of team learning progression. It shows the status of outstanding training and the number of overdue registrations.
The users displayed depend on the assigned reporting scope, typically set to either Direct Reports or All Reports, based on the organisation's hierarchy and defined reporting lines.
📌 Note: Users with the All Reports reporting scope can view both line managers reporting to them and those managers' direct reports.
To access the My Team dashboard and manage users, follow the below steps.
From the learner homepage, click Check in, then click View Team Dashboard.
Select My Direct Reports or All My Reports to filter the users shown.
Search for a specific module, user, or due date, then click Sort By to sort users.
Select relevant user to view a filtered view of them.
