Publish a form template

Guidance on how to publish a form template so a form module can be created and assigned to users.

After creating a form template, it needs to be published so it can be used to create form modules.

📌 Note: Form templates can't be used while in draft mode.

To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. In admin view, click Tools, then select Form Templates.

  2. Search for and select the relevant unpublished (draft) version of the template.

  3. Click Publish then click Yes.
