Reset a form

Guidance on how to reset a form on behalf of another user.

Administrators can manually reset a form on behalf of a user when needed, for example, if the user submitted incorrect information or selected the wrong option.

To do this, follow the below steps.

  1. Click Workforce, then click Organisation and Units.

  2. Search for and select the relevant user.

  3. Click the Performance tab, then click Actions next to the relevant form.

  4. Click Restart.
