Default reports

There are a number of default reports which cover the most common reporting requirements available to you.

All users have access to reports, but the reports they see are determined by their system role and Access LMS Evo product they have.

Line managers have access to more reports than a standard user, an administrator more than a line manager and a super administrator more than an administrator.

The table below lists the different default reports available for Access LMS² customers. Access LMS Hub customers will see fewer default reports.

📌 Note: You can't edit default reports, you can instead create a copy of the report that you can then edit.

CPD Details	Tabular	Details of a user's CPD log by activity.
CPD Status	Tabular	Provides Line Managers with details of CPD progress for their direct reports.

Gamebrain Attempt Details	Tabular	Gamebrain details per attempt including score and identifies if it's solo or versus mode.

Gamebrain Question Responses	Chart	Question responses for Gamebrains presented in a pivot table.
Manager Staff	Tabular	List of Line Managers and their associated direct reports.
