How Evo Workflow templates support compliance

See how ready-made Evo Workflow templates support compliance, and how to customise them to suit your organisation.

Written by James Pardy

You can build your own customised workflows in Evo Workflow. To make this easier, we've built a handful of templates to get you started. Each template can be customised to suit your organisation, so you only need to adjust the settings that matter to you.

How to use a template

  1. Open Evo Workflow Automation and choose Templates from the menu.

  2. Find the template you want from the list.

  3. Click Use template. This adds the template to your own workflows.

  4. Follow any customisation steps. Some templates ask you to select information, such as an email address. What's asked depends on the template. If no steps are shown, move on.

  5. Click Run.

  6. Accept the consent prompt. The workflow runs in your own context, so it only affects people within your LMS scope.

Scheduled templates run automatically after this, so you don't need to start them again.

Workflow

What it does

Persona

What you can customise

Compliance drop alert

Monitors team compliance scores weekly. If the score drops below your threshold, an alert is sent to you and anyone you choose. Alerts stop once the score recovers.

L&D admin

The compliance threshold, and the email addresses the alert is sent to.

Manager Compliance Digest

Sends a weekly email showing each direct report's compliance status, grouped by urgency. It shows who is up to date and who has overdue or expiring training, so line managers don't have to hunt for reports.

Line manager

Nothing to set up in advance.

Overdue Training Daily Reminders

Automatically chases learners who are overdue on training, every day until they complete it. Their managers are also notified, so L&D doesn't have to chase anyone manually.

L&D admin

The time of day the reminder goes out, and how often it is sent.

People HR Long Term Sick to LMS Exemption (Beta)

Runs daily and marks employees as Long Term Sick in the LMS after a single sickness absence of 10 or more days, so they are exempt from training. Anyone already marked is skipped, and anyone who can't be matched with confidence is logged for review rather than marked.

L&D admin

How long someone must be on sick leave before they are marked as long-term sick (LTS).
