You can copy an existing Gamebrain in Access LMS Evo to use it as a starting point for a new module. Administrators and Content Creators can do this.
⚠️ Important: You can only copy a Gamebrain created on your site. You cannot copy or edit Gamebrain content purchased from The Access Group.
To copy a Gamebrain, follow the steps below.
From the admin dashboard, click Content, then All Content.
Click the Manage tab.
Search and select the relevant Gamebrain to access its administration area.
Click the Details tab.
Click the Copy button
Enter a name for your copied Gamebrain, then click Continue.
📌 Note: If you edit a question which appears in more than one Gamebrain it will change it in all linked modules. Questions used in multiple Gamebrains will show as "Shared Question" in the question editor.
