Line managers and team leaders can see and action user registrations on the Approvals page of Check In.
For a line manager, if someone in the team requires approval by a team leader, you can see the details but not action the request, and vice versa.
📌 Note: For team leaders to have the ability to action approvals, they'll need to be given the relevant permission to do so.
To view and approve a request, follow the below steps.
From the learner homepage, click Check In on the navigation bar.
Click To Action, then select Approvals.
Click the Registration status drop-down menu, then select Pending Approval.
Click View to see details of the activity that the user has been registered to.
Select relevant users, then click Approve or Reject as needed.
Click Confirm.
