Assign learning from Check In

Guidance on assigning learning to individual users or entire teams from Check In.

If you’re a line manager with direct reports or a team leader with an assigned team, you can register users to learning content in Check In.

🤓 Tip: When you register via Check In and assign a single activity, you’ll see whether a user is already registered for that content.

To do this, follow the below steps.

  1. From the Overview page in Check In, click Assign learning.

  2. Search for and select the relevant content, then click Continue to Assign Team.

  3. Search for and select the relevant users.

    • Click Select all to include all users.

    • Click Clear all to remove all selected users.

  4. Click Continue to Review, then review and confirm your selections.

    • You can set a due date for each activity as needed.

    • Click the trash icon to remove users or learning.

  5. Click Confirm Assignment.
