Course Description

This course provides essential knowledge on consumer credit regulations for motor finance professionals. Through practical examples, learners will understand their regulatory responsibilities, learn to protect vulnerable customers, and ensure compliant documentation throughout the sales process.

  • evaluate customer circumstances to ensure responsible lending practice

  • implement correct procedures for withdrawal rights and early settlement options.
