Administrators and line managers can create a team diagnostic assessment to identify skills gaps across their teams. This feature is particularly useful for informing training strategies, helping to prioritise learning modules or allocate training budgets more effectively. By gathering targeted assessment data, organisations can make evidence-based decisions about where to focus development efforts.
The team diagnostic is an assessment tool based on modules added to the basket. It does not create a course or enrol users into training. Participants complete the assessment without seeing a pass mark, score, or feedback either before or after submission. These elements are intentionally disabled to maintain a focus on diagnostic insights rather than performance outcomes.
Only users with reporting access to other users, such as administrators and line managers can see the team diagnostic option. Once assessments are completed, administrators can report on the results to guide future training decisions.
