Compliance reports

Guidance on using the compliance reports.

Reporting administrators and administrators have access to compliance reports. Compliance reports track and verify user completion of mandatory training and regulatory requirements.

These reports provide clear visibility of who has met compliance standards, highlight outstanding training, and support audit readiness. They help organisations monitor adherence to policies, identify gaps, and demonstrate compliance to regulators or internal stakeholders.

📌 Note: Compliance is based on top-level courses that are tagged as mandatory. If you have a course that is not mandatory, and the child modules within it are mandatory, those modules will not impact compliance.

To run a compliance report, follow the below steps.

  1. Switch to admin view.

  2. Click Reporting, then select Quick Reports.

  3. Search for and select Mandatory Training or Mandatory Training Compliance Report.

  4. Set filters as needed, then click Run Report.

  5. Click Export then select CSV or PDF. Click Go to download.
