⚠️ Important: The below guidance is applicable only to Super administrators on LMS² sites.
Super Administrators on LMS² sites can enable permissions within form templates to allow groups or Individual users to launch and view forms.
To do this, follow the below steps.
Switch to admin view.
Click Tools, then select Template Hub.
Click Form Templates, then search for and select the relevant form template.
Click the Permissions tab.
Click the search box in either in Team or User Permissions.
Search for and select the relevant user.
Click Operations then select Entity.
Click Add.
