When viewing assessments via content manager, you may see a warning message indicating that one or more of the questions within the assessment have been retired within the associated question bank.

🤓 Tip: Use the Requires attention filter when searching in content manager to show all assessments that require attention.

To ensure users aren't asked the retired questions when taking the assessment, administrators or content creators must manually remove them.

⚠️ Important: For assessments with multiple sections, you'll need to repeat the below steps for each section.

To do this, follow the below steps.

  1. Switch to admin view.

  2. Click Content, then click All Content.

  3. Click Manage, then search for and select the relevant assessment.

  4. Click the Questions tab, then click Edit Questions.

  5. Click Retired Questions to filter to only the questions that need removing.

  6. Click Remove All.

  7. Click Back to return to the Questions tab.
