Administrators can control visibility of content, so that it does not appear to users by changing the self-registration setting. The content remains published but users will not be able to see or register themselves to it.
Access LMS Hub customers can control visibility of their own content from users, but cannot hide vendor content provided by Access.
Access LMS² customers can control visibility of their own content and of vendor content provided by Access. This makes it useful for preventing users from registering to particular activities in a purchased catalogue.
To do this, follow the steps below.
Switch to admin view.
Click Content, then click All Content.
Click Manage, then search for and select the relevant content.
Click Advanced Settings then check Self Registration Enabled as needed.
Click Save.
