AI for Law Firms (Course)
AI for Law Firms has been reworked around one message: AI output can look right and still be wrong, and you remain responsible for what you rely on. It reflects the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Warning Notice on the misuse of AI (17 August 2026), the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 changes to automated decision-making (in force 5 February 2026), and the UK Jurisdiction Taskforce statement on liability for AI harms (July 2026). Recent England and Wales cases, current research, and new knowledge checks put verification and responsible use at the centre.

Anti-Money Laundering for Law Firms (Scotland) (Course)
This course helps fee earners and managers understand their anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and act on them. As in our England and Wales version, it is built around the Money Laundering Regulations 2017 and the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, which apply across the UK. For Scottish firms, the Law Society of Scotland is the AML supervisor, and the course reflects the planned move to Financial Conduct Authority supervision. Learners cover what money laundering is and how firms are exposed to it, how to spot red flags and respond to suspicious activity, client due diligence, source of funds and source of wealth checks, and how to make an internal report without tipping off the client. It also covers the interaction with sanctions rules and recent changes, including corporate criminal liability under the Crime and Policing Act 2026.
