After creating a report, display the resulting data as a pivot table. Pivot tables quickly summarise large data sets, making it easy to spot trends, compare values, and analyse patterns from different angles.
To turn data from a report into a pivot table, follow the below steps.
Switch to admin view.
Click Reporting, then Quick Reports.
Search for and select the relevant report.
Click Edit Charts, then toggle on Chart Report.
Click Create New Chart, then click Pivot Table.
Click Save, then click Run Report.
Drag and drop relevant fields into the Pivot Configuration window.
Click Sum in the Values field to change the function of the value.
Click Expand by default to expand the rows of data when running report.
Click Save.
