Add a CPD adjustment for a user

Increase or decrease the amount of CPD a user is required to complete a CPD scheme within a CPD year.

Administrators can adjust an individual user's CPD target for the year, increasing or decreasing it as needed. This is useful when a user joins the organisation mid-year or has significant absences that require a pro-rata adjustment.

📌 Note: CPD adjustments can only be applied if allowed by the CPD scheme.

To adjust a user's CPD target, watch the video or follow the steps below.

  1. Switch to admin view.

  2. Click Workforce then click People.

  3. Search for and select the relevant user.

  4. Click the CPD Log tab, then click Add Adjustment.

  5. Detail why, how, where and when the adjustment is applied.

  6. Click Add.
