There are two main scenarios when amending the sender email address.

⚠️ Important: The email addresses given below are examples only and should be replaced by a unique email.

  • Change Access LMS Evo sender email address to [email protected]. This address isn't monitored so can't receive replies.

  • Change Access LMS Evo sender email address to [email protected]. You must ensure that if a sender policy framework protection in place on the domain emails are sent from to whitelist this sender address and add our server to your spf record (spf2.accessacloud.com).

📌 Note: To send and receive additional responses from [email protected], it needs to be configured on your mail server.

If an IP address is required, it can be obtained by performing a DNS lookup for the address using a standard DNS lookup tool or an online DNS query service.

If using Google dig, go to the txt record search to paste the following address.

The second option will require intervention from your IT department.

(The IP address obtained from spf2.accessacloud.com is - 10.38.39.101)

Dig (DNS lookup).
