Here's a look at what's new across Access LMS Hub and Access LMS².
New Features in Beta
Content Management: Dashboard
The Find, Manage, and Create tabs are going. They are replaced by a single unified All Content page that puts everything in one view. Same content, same controls, far less clicking around.
This has been built directly from customer feedback, so the changes landing first are the ones that came up most often. Improved search, smarter filters, and a cleaner page for all pieces of content. No functionality is being removed. It is a better-organised version of everything you already use.
In the coming months you will see many more improvements to this page!

Content Management: Create
Creating new content no longer means working through a full wizard before anything gets saved, just pick a content type and give it a name, and a draft is created straight away. Everything else, description, modules, settings, publishing, gets filled in on the content's own page rather than a separate multi-step flow.
Please note, the content landing pages will be updated to match the new UI in the next few weeks!

New Features in Production
Access LMS Evo App: Find Learning now reflects your Finder Editor categories
Until recently, any categories admins created or edited in Finder Editor only displayed on desktop and did not reach the Access LMS Evo app. Learners on mobile were seeing an outdated set of categories, whilst their desktop counterparts had access to the full, up to date Finder experience. This made it difficult for learners to find the content they needed and created a confusing, inconsistent experience across devices.
We've now resolved this. Categories configured in Finder Editor, including their names, icons, grouping and order, will now display correctly in the Access LMS Evo app too.
Admins can configure their Finder categories once and trust that learners will see a consistent experience, whether they're on desktop or on the app.

Improvements
Resources and Template Hub pages now match the Evo look and feel
We've updated the Resources and Template Hub pages to better align with the Evo look and feel. Previously, these pages didn't yet reflect the current Evo design palette. They now match the rest of the Evo experience.
No functionality has changed. This is a visual update only.
