What's new

The September 2026 release introduces a range of updated legal compliance and governance training content, including refreshed courses on ESG, COLP responsibilities, equality and diversity, and sexual harassment, alongside several new compliance-focused webinars for law firms.

The release also updates key policy and precedent documents to reflect recent Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) guidance, the Mazur Court of Appeal ruling, and changes to sanctions screening and supervision requirements, including oversight of AI-assisted work.

In addition, the policy library has been modernised with revised templates and customisation guidance, an older September 2025 compliance webinar has been retired, and a minor content bug was fixed in Finance and Budgeting Basics. The release became available to subscribers on 30 September 2026
