The method for resetting passwords depends on your setup. If your system is based in Access Evo, password resets are managed there. If you use Access LMS Evo outside of Access Evo, administrators can reset other users’ passwords directly.

Follow the relevant guidance below based on your setup.

For sites based in Access Evo, follow the relevant guidance to reset your password.

Reset password on behalf of another user

If you're an administrator looking to reset the password on behalf of another user, this can only be done if you've set up users via username.

For users who log in with an email address, administrators can't reset their password. Users reset their own passwords using the forgotten password link on the Access Evo login page.
