Terms and conditions

The online Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism course content has been provided and licensed to us by NHS England subject to a set of non-negotiable terms and conditions which are available here:
NHSE elfh Hub (e-lfh.org.uk).

This eLearning module isn't the complete Oliver McGowan, it's just Part 1. It's an excellent introduction for all regardless of nation on Learning disability and Autism. For more details on how to complete part 2 of the Oliver McGowan, see https://www.hee.nhs.uk/our-work/learning-disability/current-projects/oliver-mcgowan-mandatory-training-learning-disability-autism and speak with your Local Authority for help to find training.

Access to this course can only be provided on the strict condition that the NHS T&Cs are accepted by your organisation on a full flowdown basis such that any obligations that fall onto Access UK under its licence agreement with NHS England shall in turn apply to your organisation as supplementary terms to the existing contract between Access UK and your organisation, on a prevailing basis.

NHS England have reserved the right to update and replace the NHS T&Cs at any time and Access UK has had to accept these updates and replacements to the NHS T&Cs as and when these are imposed at any future point in time. Accordingly, acceptance of these substitutions and updates are a condition to your organisation’s access to the course content. We are advised by NHS the updates and replacements to the NHS T&Cs will be made available at the URL link above.

On the assumption that:

  1. Your organisation has read the conditions above and wishes to proceed with receiving the course in accordance with those conditions.

  2. You're authorised by your organisation to accept these conditions as updated from time to time.

Use the Access Digital Assistant to contact support and confirm. If you're not authorised by your organisation to make this request, forward it to a colleague who has the appropriate authority.
